41 Burda Shopping Mall owned by STFA Holding and Esas Holding and contracted by Haldız İnşaat, is the largest shopping mall in Kocaeli.

In the shopping mall, which was opened on January 21, 2016 and has a closed construction area of 120.000 m², there are a total of 200 stores including food and beverage, entertainment areas, 35 restaurants, 10 movie theaters with a capacity of 3,100 seats and a sports hall..

Masdaf branded pumping systems, expansion tanks and booster systems were used in the 41 Burda Shopping Mall project, which received the “ED LEED Gold Certificate” issued by the Council of Environmentally Friendly Buildings.

In the project, Masdaf Branded

• INM series circulation pumps (frequency controlled and dry rotor from the panel),
• HDSV booster sets (complete stainless steel and vertical shaft),
• TM series expansion and contraction tanks,
• Enduro series wastewater pumps were preferred.

Starting to produce a closed expansion tank for the first time in Turkey 23 years ago, Masdaf will serve the project with TM series expansion and contraction tanks with high quality materials. The high temperature resistant and long life expansion tank keeps the static pressure of the pump at the level of use, thus preventing sudden pressure changes and extending the life of the pump.

Energy-saving innovative circulating pumps are connected directly to the installation. The frequency-controlled Masdaf INM series circulating pumps  can be controlled from the panel and adjust the operating speed based on the needs when heating need is less and prevents unnecessary energy consumption.

The HDSV series booster sets with frequency inverters are made of stainless steel material to ensure precise sealing with mechanical seal. Booster sets, which also have hydrometric properties, eliminate the need for maintenance tools such as pressure switches and membrane tanks. After the water usage is finished, the pump runs for a certain period of time and thanks to this delay, no tank usage is required in the system.
