Established in 1977 based on the principle for ensuring effective use of water and energy, and thus the protection of vital resources, Mas Daf aims to be “innovative” in the design process, and “to meet the requirements of the project (tailored production)” in the manufacturing process of the pumping technologies, and “to offer trouble-free service thanks to its wide service network” in the after sales services. 

Mas Daf has the leading service organization in Turkish pump market with their extensive service network across the country, and its specially equipped service personnel and authorized services.

Maintenance and Repair

On-site Repair Service

In case of a failure of the pumping systems, Mas Daf responds on-site and in a very short period of time thanks to their skilled service staff in the Tuzla Central Factory or their widespread service network throughout the country. Thus, they aim to prevent any problem that may occur in the existing system due to the extension of downtimes, and to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Genuine Spare Parts

In case of a failure, Mas Daf offers genuine spare parts tested for pumping technologies within 24. The aim is to eliminate downtimes and any inconveniences that may occur within these downtimes by the supply of genuine spare parts from stock.

Parts replacement of the pump systems under warranty cover are performed free of charge.

For the pump systems sold, provision of genuine spare parts is guaranteed for 10 years to the customers.

Maintenance Contract

“Periodic maintenance” is very important to ensure a long service life for the pump systems which are critical for the existing mechanical system.

“Protective and preventive maintenance services” may also be provided within the scope of a maintenance contract upon customer request. Thus, periodical maintenances and genuine spare part replacements required are performed before the occurrence of any failure, and thus the troubles that may occur in the businesses as a result of the failures are prevented.

Consultancy and System Optimization for Pump Systems

Established in 1977 based on the principle for ensuring effective use of water and energy, and thus the protection of vital resources, Mas Daf aims to provide significant savings in energy consumption and to reduce CO2 emissions caused by the inefficient pump systems in the businesses with the consultancy and system optimization services offered for the pump systems. 

Controlling of Energy Consumption

The initial investment costs and repair costs of a pump accounts for 10 to 15% of its total costs over its service life of 10 years, and the remaining costs are caused by energy consumption. Mas Daf offers an “energy consumption control” service to keep the expenses caused by the pump systems in the businesses at minimum levels and to take these expensed under control. In this context, the suitability of the selected pump system is inspected first. Selection of the right pump provides savings in energy consumption and reduces the period for the return on investment made for the pump system.

Consultancy on Systems

With over 40 years of experience in the field of pump systems, Mas Daf offers consultancy services on “efficient system solutions that aim to minimize energy consumption” by examining all processes from the selection of the pump system to the system on which the pump shall be operated. 

Replacement of Pumps

Mas Daf replaces the pumps that are at the end of their service life, that are inefficient and that increase the energy consumption and operating costs with energy efficient pump systems that shall be adapted to the existing system and thus reduces the return on investment period for the new pump.

Commissioning

The commissioning of the fire pumps and the pumps produced with different specifications in accordance with the requirements of the project in particular is carried out by the experienced technical personnel of Mas Daf.

Adjustments of Laser Couplings

Adjustment of the couplings of the special pumps manufactured in accordance with critical or heavy duty operating conditions are made with the “Laser Coupling Adjustment Device” available in the production facilities of Mas Daf. These pumps are pre-set at the factory and their final inspections are carried out at their operation point after their installation and they are guaranteed for a trouble-free commissioning.

3rd Party Audits

Mas Daf offers its services in the field of pumping systems with the certifications of Atex, GOST, UL and FM besides the certifications provided by the “Third Party Inspection” institutions such as TÜV, Lloyd, DNV and Bureau Veritas. Third party certifications of the pump systems are provided for a fee upon the request of the customers.

Detailed Testing of Pumps

Mas Daf tests the pumps for balance, performance, ENPY and intake in their Düzce and Tuzla premises. Each pump produced in Mas Daf’s plants are shipped after being inspected with hydrostatic and performance tests.
