Makyol Santral

Makyol Santral, one of the most prestigious projects of Bahçeşehir, also prefers “Masdaf” Pump and Booster Systems

Designed by the world famous Roy Higgs International Architecture Office, Makyol Santral is being built on a total area of 16 thousand 906 m² in the center of Bahçeşehir. Offering a spacious and comfortable living space with terraces and balconies, the project consists of 407  1 + 1, 2 + 1 and 3 + 1 flats in 5 blocks, 9 villas and a commercial area. In addition to its central location and living opportunities, Makyol Santral having an outdoor landscape area of approximately 7,500 m², an outdoor swimming pool, a park, barbecue and fitness-spa areas is one of the most advantageous projects in the region in terms of investment value. Offering a social life and a good investment opportunity to those who will have a house, the project is located within walking distance of Mahmutbey-Bahçeşehir-Esenyurt metro line, TEM, the biggest private hospital and shopping center of the region.

In the project,

  • Complete stainless steel Genio HDSV series booster sets,
  • High quality expansion tanks,
  • YPSP series fire pumps in compliance with NFPA20,
  • Enduro series wastewater and drainage pumps were used.

Pressure value, frequency, current value, motor speed, output voltage, output power, analog values from the sensors and set pressure value of the booster can be read instantly on the LCD screen on the Genio series drives developed by Masdaf specifically for pump and booster sets. Thanks to the Genio motor-mounted frequency inverter system, the pumps will be able to communicate with each other via RS 485 cable and 6 pumps can work together with the option of multi-pump system. This allows the total operating hours of each of the pumps to be displayed in multiple pump systems and real-time peer aging.

The “Modbus communication protocol”, which transfers the working data of the booster and pump systems to the building automation, will be included in the standard delivery scope.

Innovative pump and booster systems, commissioned by Masdaf will provide energy efficient use during the lifetime of a building, thus enabling energy-saving.
