MASDAF in Emlak Konut GYO’s Urban Transformation Projects with its Smart Pump Technologies

The urban transformation projects built by Emlak Konut GYO in Zeytinburnu Beştelsız Neighborhood and Güngören Tozkoparan Neighborhood; heating and cooling systems, water supply, waste water management and fire safety will be provided by Masdaf's environmentally friendly and efficient pump technologies.

Masdaf became the choice of urban transformation projects built by Emlak Konut GYO in Zeytinburnu Beştelsız Neighborhood and Güngören Tozkoparan Neighborhood.

Emlak Konut GYO, within the scope of urban transformation projects, demolishes the houses under disaster risk in Zeytinburnu Beştelsız Neighborhood and builds 369 houses in total, 88 of which are workplaces, and 1,137 risky houses in Güngören Tozkoparan Neighborhood; 62 shops and 1,438 houses.

 Masdaf will provide Emlak Konut GYO’s Zeytinburnu Beştelssiz and Güngören Tozkoparan urban transformation projects with “Genio INM pumps with dry rotor on top of the engine, Module A pumps with wet rotor, complete stainless Genio Multi Hexa hydrophore groups with motor drive, Enduro wastewater pumps and YNM fire pumps in accordance with NFPA20.”

“Genio MultiHexa” series smart hydrophores were preferred in water pressurization systems to meet the pressurized water needs of the projects. With GenIO Over Motor Frequency Inverters used in MultiHexa series hydrophores, the system will enable the pumps to operate more efficiently and maintain the pressure under variable flow consumption conditions. In addition, with the Mod-Bus communication protocol, instant access to external units will be provided and control advantage will be offered. In this way, both system efficiency and energy saving will be achieved in houses and shops with smart pump technologies operating in line with the needs of the system.

Another Masdaf technology used in the projects was "ENDURO Submersible Pumps", known as an environmentally friendly technology that provides effective solutions for the transfer of dirty and waste water. Submersible pumps, which eliminate the problem of odour, liquid leakage and clogging that may occur during the transportation of wastewater, will offer high comfort and a long working life to projects with its superior technology.

Fire safety of the projects will also be ensured by Masdaf's fire pumps in accordance with NFPA20. Fire pumps will provide timely response to the fire disasters, that may occur during the lifetime of the houses and shops built within the scope of the project.
