Masdaf Is Preferred Again in "Çerkezköy OSB Pumping Station" at The End of 10 Years
Masdaf branded pumps have been preferred again at the end of 10 years at "Çerkezköy OSB Pumping Station", which is located in three different locations in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone and which is one of the largest industrial facilities in Turkey.
Masdaf's state of the art pump technologies, which aim to increase energy efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions in enterprises with pump selection in accordance with "Ecodesign (Environmentally Conscious Design) Directives" in renovation projects and high efficiency system design, will give life to the clean water pumping station located in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone this time. The water demand of the 224 industrial plants in ÇOSB will be obtained from the water distribution lines of the region in section I and from the deep water wells in section II.

In the pump technologies renewed within the scope of the incentive of "Çerkezköy OSB Pumping Station", pump technologies aiming at improving energy efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions have been preferred in accordance with Masdaf's Environmentally Conscious Design (Ecodesign) Directive.
Service Provided
After Masdaf's "on-site exploration service" within the scope of renovation, 6 NM series "End-Suction Norm Centrifugal Pumps" were installed and commissioned, which has given the facility an advantage in terms of both price and efficiency.
Result
Selected in accordance with the needs of "Çerkezköy OSB Pumping Stations" and offering environmental, efficient and long-lasting use in the transportation of clean water, NM pumps were produced in accordance with the demands of the plant. After the renovation, there was a significant increase in the efficiency, while maintenance costs decreased by 70%.
Maintenance-repair process was also made easier since End-Suction Norm Centrifugal Pumps can be separated from the installation, by preserving snail body on the installation and intervening the pump without moving the engine or snail.
