Elazığ City Hospital.

The Elazığ City Hospital project was built by the Ministry of Health under the “Public Private Partnership (PPP) model in the center of Elazığ on an area of approximately 347,500 square meters. The city hospital that will maximize the quality of health services in the region with its strong infrastructure and technology investments consists of 2 hospitals and a clinic with a capacity of 1,038 beds. 

The project carried out by Renaissance Health Investment (RHI) maintaining its activities under the roof of Renaissance Holding and being one of the important companies in Turkey has been the largest health care investment in the region so far.


 

On the health campus which is one of the biggest hospitals with earthquake isolators in the world, Masdaf branded

  • Genio series booster units with integrated frequency inverter and complete stainless steel motor,
  • Genio series circulating pumps with integrated frequency inverter with motor,
  • Wet rotor frequency converter pumps,
  • Closed expansion tanks,
  • End suction centrifugal pumps,
  • Enduro series Blackbox hygienic waste water pumps were used.

Blackbox hygienic tank waste water pumps used in the project have been designed in accordance with sterile environment conditions. The special cover on the pump prevents odor from coming out. Waste water pumps, which can be easily applied in narrow spaces, can be easily removed in case of emergency intervention such as periodic maintenance and repair.

The Genio series booster sets with frequency inverters are made of stainless steel material to ensure precise sealing with mechanical seal. Booster sets, which also have hydrometric properties, eliminate the need for maintenance tools such as pressure switches and membrane tanks. After the water usage is finished, the pump runs for a certain period of time and thanks to this delay, no tank usage is required in the system.

The frequency inverter system will allow the pumps to communicate with each other via RS 485 cable, and with the option of multiple pump system, 6 pumps can work together. This allows the total operating hours of each pump to be monitored and real-time peer aging.

Innovative pump and booster systems, commissioned by Masdaf will provide energy efficient use during the lifetime of a building, thus enabling energy-saving.
