"Pump Theory and Energy Efficiency Seminar" by MAS Academy

Mas Academy, founded by Mas Daf and organized numerous training and seminars since its establishment, held a joint seminar with Gaziantep Chamber of Mechanical Engineers on the 18th of April.

"Pump Theory and Energy Efficiency in Pumps" topic is explained during the seminar organized at Gaziantep MMO (Chamber of Mechanical Engineers) on the 18th of April by MAS Academy. Within the scope of the seminar having its main agenda as "Energy Efficiency in Pump"; "Ecodesign" criteria, which is a global efficiency approach, and the effects of Ecodesign directives on the pump industry, as well as the product development studies carried out by Mas Daf Pump within this scope were mentioned.

The seminar started with the opening speech and general information containing presentation of Sibel AKAN, the Industrial Sales Director of Mas Daf Pump, and continued with the "Industrial Pump Practices" titled presentation of Ahmet YILMAZ, the Business Development Manager.

In the second session of the two-sessions seminar, Sibel AKAN made a presentation on "Energy Efficiency and Lifetime Cost Approach in Centrifugal Pumps" and Hüseyin TAKMAZ, Mas Daf Pump Technical Service Manager, on "Failure and Maintenance in Pumps”.

The seminar that received great interest from Gaziantep MMO (Chamber of Mechanical Engineers) members ended after question and answer sections.
