“Masdaf” Preferred for Pump and Booster Systems in Avrupa Konutları Yamanevler Project

Avrupa Konutları Yamanevler is the 28th project of Artaş İnşaat and the 19th project of Avrupa Konutları brand. Avrupa Konutları Yamanevler, the first project of the Avrupa Konutları brand on the Anatolian side, is built on a land behind a pipe factory in Ümraniye İnkılap Neighborhood.

In the project consists of 1576 apartments, 57 thousand square meters office and commercial area;

• HDSV series booster sets with complete stainless frequency inverter,
• High quality expansion tanks,
• A series circulation pumps,
• YPSP series fire pumps in compliance with NFPA20,
• Blackbox series wastewater pumps,
• Enduro series drainage pumps were used.

BLACKBOX series pumps  are designed to allow optimal use of waste water transfer even in narrow spaces. The special cover on the pump prevents odor from coming out. Waste water pumps, which can be easily applied in narrow spaces, can be easily removed in case of periodic maintenance and repair.

Innovative pump and booster systems to be commissioned by Masdaf will provide energy efficient use during the lifetime of a building, thus enabling energy-saving.
