Our goal is to replace pumps that have reached the end of their service life, operate inefficiently, and increase energy consumption and operating costs — with high-efficiency pump systems that are compatible with existing infrastructure and offer a shorter payback period for our customers’ investments. <h3>Energy Consumption Control</h3>Over a pump’s 10-year lifespan, the initial investment and maintenance costs account for only 10–15% of the total expenses — the remaining costs stem from energy consumption.

</h2>The warranty period for our products begins from the delivery date. The duration of the warranty may vary depending on the country regulations and the type of product.

</h2>Warranty documents that are not dated, stamped, and signed by the seller or dealer are invalid.

Warranty Coverage</h2>
Damages and malfunctions resulting from user errors or usage contrary to the instructions in the user manual (such as scratches, breakage, tearing, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. <h2>

Consumables </h2>Parts that wear out, age, or lose their functionality over time due to usage, and any malfunctions caused by these reasons, are not covered under the warranty.

Unauthorized Intervention
</h2>Any intervention performed on the product by individuals other than authorized service personnel voids the warranty completely.

Electrical Fluctuations</h2>
Malfunctions caused by voltage drops or surges are not included in the warranty.

Spare Parts

During the warranty period, pump system components are replaced free of charge. We also guarantee the availability of original spare parts for up to 10 years following the sale of the pump system.
