“Performance Test” Assurance in Masdaf Pump Systems!

Testing and measuring the performances of productive and environmentally-friendly pump technologies in “pump test stand”, Masdaf continues to provide high customer satisfaction and superior customer experience.

The performance test of “NME Series Heavy-Duty Service Type Pumps” that will be placed in Fuel Storage and Land Filling Terminal of ERGAZ in Erzurum took place in the “Pump Test Stand” located in the Düzce factory of Masdaf in the first quarter of the year, with the participation of ERGAZ officials.  

 A leading brand in the industry for 43 years with high pump technologies, Masdaf added another one to its investments in pump technologies in the first quarter of the year. Testing and measuring the performances of productive and environmentally-friendly pump technologies in “pump test stand”, Masdaf continues to provide high customer satisfaction and superior customer experience.

 Providing high added value to important reference projects, Masdaf makes sure its customers see the high quality and performance of their pump technologies before they leave the factory with the new “pump test stand” with a maximum flow capacity of 10,000 m³/h. The performance of "end suction pumps, inline pumps, double-suction split case pumps, fire pumps, multi-stage pumps, process pumps, submersible pumps, sump pumps, self-priming pumps and gear pumps" can be monitored instantaneously and reported over the scada system in tests carried out in accordance with ISO 9906 pump test standards.

 Environmentally-friendly and productive pump technologies of Masdaf providing high customer satisfaction were installed in the Fuel Storage and Land Filling Terminal of ERGAZ located in Erzurum 1. Organize Sanayi Bölgesi, 1. Cadde with a capacity of 26.500 m³.

 The “NME Series Heavy-Duty Service Type Pumps” used in the project are designed in accordance with the liquid (oil and diesel) to be used in the system and to operate integrated with the automation system of the facility. Necessary technical assistance was provided in order to ensure that Erzurum’s weather conditions do not affect the 3 fuel pumps with a capacity of 136 m³/h and to prevent potential liquid based freezing issues.

The performance test of the pumps took place in the “performance test stand” located in the Düzce factory of Masdaf in the first quarter of the year, with the participation of ERGAZ officials. Performance test results of the pumps were shared with Ergaz officials.

 Masdaf received recognition from ERGAZ officials with its high-tech products, pump performance test and transparent and perfectionist service approach it has adopted in all processes from project to shipment.
