Masdaf is in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with Smart Pump Technologies!

Exporting to more than 60 countries worldwide, Masdaf's high pump technologies will also serve the “Prime Grand Ward Place” project, which is one of the prestigious housing projects of Sri Lanka's capital, Colombo, and also the highest storey building of Colombo 7.

Masdaf was preferred in pump and hydrophore systems of the “Prime Grand Ward Place”  project, which is one of the prestigious housing projects of Sri Lanka's capital Colombo and offers ultra-luxurious living possibilities. Prime Grand, the highest storey building of Colombo 7, will be served by Masdaf's various types of "KME Circulation Pumps, Multi Hexa Hydrophore Pumps and Enduro Wastewater Pumps” up to 100 m³/h capacity and 200 m (20 Ba). 

 In the project, "Genio MultiHexa” series smart hydrophores were preferred in water pressurization systems to meet the pressurized water requirement. With GenIO Above Motor Frequency Inverters used in MultiHexa series hydrophores, the system will compensate for frequency change under variable flow consumption conditions, allowing pumps to operate more efficiently and maintain pressure. In addition, by providing instant access to external units (such as building automation system or PLC) with Mod-Bus communication protocol, control advantage will be offered and both system efficiency and energy saving will be achieved with smart pump technologies that operate efficiently in line with the system's need.

GenIO Over Motor Frequency Inverters, which also display the total operating hours of each pump, will offer energy efficiency as well as real-time simultaneous aging advantage in multiple pump systems. In addition, in case of failure, it will be ensured that the defective pump is deactivated and the backup pump will be activated automatically and the system will operate without any disruption. 

Another Masdaf technology used in the project was "ENDURO Submersible Pumps" offering effective solutions for the transfer of dirty and wastewater. Submersible pumps, which eliminate the problem of odour, liquid leakage and clogging that may occur during the transportation of wastewater, offer high comfort and a long working life to projects with their superior technology. The “water leak electrode", which early stimulates leaks from the mechanical seal in the pump systems or for any reason, allows the system to be intervened without interruption and without allowing the problem to affect the comfort conditions in the building.
